I'm just finishing up at university. This isn't as straight forward as it is in England; I have to request to graduate!!! WTF?!!! I didn't know this and I only recently got the forms. Apparently I had to hand the forms in last December, and now I have to pay the equivalent of a £20 fine. I'm not alone though, everyone on my course is in the same boat. I reckon there's some corruption going on.
